E-Statement Signup
You can view your credit union Savings and Checking account statements each month online, for free. Electronic statements are secure, save paper and help keep your personal information private.
To switch to E-Statements, fill out the information below.
- You must be an Online Banking user to sign up for E-Statements.
- You will not be able to access E-Statements without an active Online Banking login and password.
- If you do not have an Online Banking login and password, you may visit any of our credit union offices to sign up.
(Please Note: When you switch to E-Statements, your statements will only be available through Online Banking. You will not receive statements by email. If you wish to switch back to traditional paper statements, you may contact Member Services.)

E-Statements Disclosure
By clicking the checkbox and clicking Submit in the E-Statement Signup form above, you agree to the following E-Statements Disclosure.
By opting into Miami University Community Federal Credit Union (MUCFCU) E-Statements, through MUCFCU Online Banking (Perfect Teller), you agree that you will discontinue receiving your paper account statements and notices, following your acceptance of this agreement. You understand that your monthly and quarterly member account and loan statements will be available online. Online statements may be accessed by clicking the Statements button within MUCFCU's Online Banking service, then clicking the appropriate statement in the menu that appears. If you wish to opt out of E-Statements and resume receiving paper statements, you may do so at any time by contacting MUCFCU during regular business hours.
Your acceptance of this agreement does not affect your MUCFCU VISA statements, Online Bill Pay statements, or other MUCFCU loan documentation. You may sign up separately for online MUCFCU VISA statements in MUCFCU's Online Credit Card service. Additionally, some important notices from MUCFCU may not be available online and may continue to be delivered via postal mail.
By submitting your email address as part of this agreement, you understand that your email address will be added to our email database. From time to time, MUCFCU may send notices, including but not limited to announcements about Credit Union events or promotions, to email addresses in our database. If you wish to not receive such announcements, you may contact MUCFCU and request to opt out of receiving these announcements.
You understand that, in the event you need a paper copy of a statement, you may request a copy by contacting MUCFCU. Printing/copying fees may apply.
E-Statements are generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as a part of MUCFCU Online Banking. You understand, however, that there may be times when the service is temporarily unavailable, either for maintenance or unscheduled down time.
You understand that it is your full responsibility to keep MUCFCU informed of your current email address. You may contact MUCFCU to update your email address. In the event that MUCFCU is unable to contact you due to an invalid or bouncing email address, you agree that MUCFCU has fulfilled its responsibility to attempt to contact you, and that MUCFCU assumes no responsibility for late delivery of your E-Statement or email notice.
E-Statements are generally made available the date after the end of the statement cycle (i.e., monthly statements are generally made available on the first day of the following month). However, statements may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside MUCFCU's control. You understand that, in such instances, MUCFCU assumes no responsibility for any financial consequences of such delays.
You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain the proper equipment and software that will enable you to access, print, and save E-Statements for your records. You also understand that, while MUCFCU will take the steps possible to ensure a secure online banking environment, it is your responsibility to maintain the proper antivirus software and software updates to secure your computer or online device. MUCFCU assumes no responsibility for virus infections or other security breaches caused by a lack of proper software configuration on a member's computer or device.
You understand that it is your responsibility to examine your E-Statements and report any irregularities or disputes to MUCFCU within 60 days of statement availability.
This E-Statement Disclosure in no way supersedes nor replaces the Electronic Funds Transfers Agreement and Disclosure for Online Banking. You understand that MUCFCU reserves the right to change or amend the terms of this agreement at any time.
