If you believe that one of your ATM, credit, or debit card numbers, or your PIN number, has been stolen, or if you notice fraudulent charges on your card, please call our Plastic Card Services Department immediately at (513) 523-8888.

If the credit union offices are closed, call:

• For lost/stolen Miami VISA Gold or VISA Classic Cards: 1-833-541-0777
• For lost/stolen Debit or ATM Cards: 1-833-933-1681
• From Outside North America (For Debit or ATM Cards Only): +1 812-647-9794
• For lost/stolen Checks: (513) 523-8888, option 1 (leave message)

Then follow up the next business day with a call to the credit union.
