Signing the Paperwork
In order to officially open your account, you will be required to come into a Miami University and Community Federal Credit Union office, to sign your paperwork and present your ID.

Disclosures
By clicking the button below, I (we) understand that I (we) will be required to present a current, state- or federally-issued identification and provide a physical signature at an MUCFCU office, before my (our) account is opened. I (We) certify that the above information is true and complete, and understand that any wrong or erroneous information may disqualify my (our) application. I (We) authorize the credit union to verify or obtain further information that the credit union may deem necessary concerning my (our) identity(-ies) and/or credit standing. 
 
I (We) understand that I (we) will be required to agree to the terms and service of MUCFCU's Membership and Account Agreement, Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, Funds Availability Policy Disclosure, if applicable, and any amendment the credit union makes from time to time which are incorporated herein, in order to open my (our) account. I (We) understand that I (we) will receive a copy of the Agreement and Disclosures applicable to the accounts and services requested herein. If requesting an account access card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) service, I (we) understand that I (we) will be required to agree to the terms of the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement, in order to open the service requested, and that I (we) will receive a copy of said agreement. The Internal Revenue Service does not require your consent to any provision of this document other than the certifications required to avoid backup withholding.
