COVID-19 Coronavirus Response
In the interest of preventing the spread of the coronavirus, our lobbies are currently open by appointment only. Full teller service will still be available in our drive-through lanes. Member Service & Loans will still be available by phone. If you need to see a representative in person, please call ahead.
At Miami University and Community Federal Credit Union, we, along with the rest of the country, are monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus crisis.
Our goal is to offer the best service to our members, while at the same time providing a safe and healthy environment for our members and staff. We also believe that it is our duty to be socially responsible to the community we serve. Balancing all of these goals is obviously a challenge in a time like this.
So, in an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, we are making the following adjustments:
● Effective Thursday, March 19, our lobby locations will be open by appointment only. Full teller services will remain available in our drive-through lanes. Member Service and Loans will still be available by phone and email. If you need to see a Member Service or Loan representative in person, we ask that you please call ahead to schedule an appointment.
● You can also use our convenient online services 24 hours a day -- including Online and Mobile Banking, Online Loan Applications and Closings, Mobile Check Deposit, Bill Pay, Credit Card Management, and our convenient ATMs all around Oxford.
● We are here to assist our members experiencing financial hardship during this crisis. If you experience hardship related to a loan, mortgage, or credit card balance, please let us know by calling (513) 523-8888.
We will do our best to continue providing on-site service, as long as upper management and public health officials believe it is safe to do so. In the event that we are unable to continue providing services on-site, we will continue to provide online and remote service to the extent reasonably possible. We will alert you, our members, to any further changes in this policy.
