ACTION REQUIRED: Changes Coming to Online and Mobile Banking
Online Banking and Mobile Banking will soon send a one-time verification code to your phone, which you must enter in order to log in. If we do not have your current phone number(s) on file, you must contact us to update your phone number(s) as soon as possible.
Perfect Teller Online Banking has announced several changes coming soon to its Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms.
One of the features changing is multi-factor authentication. You will no longer need to enter your personal information (birthdate/last 4 of SSN/ZIP code) along with a 4-digit PIN that you have to remember. Instead, you will be able to receive a one-time verification code by either text message or a voice phone call, which you will need to enter to complete your login (along with your normal account number and password).
In order to continue using Online Banking or Mobile Banking without interruption, we must have your current phone number on record. If we do not have your current phone number on file, you will not be able to use Online Banking or Mobile Banking when these changes roll out.
If we do not have your current phone number(s) on file, you must contact us as soon as possible to update this information. If you wish to receive verification codes by text, you must provide us with a current, valid mobile phone number. If you do not have a mobile phone or do not want to receive verification codes by text, you may receive the codes by voice phone call, but you must make sure that we have your current landline phone number on file.
If you have provided us with your current phone number(s), you do not need to take action at this time. However, you may still want to contact us to confirm that we have your correct phone number(s), and that your mobile phone number is correctly listed in our system as a mobile phone capable of receiving text messages.
Please call us at (513) 523-8888, or stop by any MUCFCU office, to update or confirm your phone number information. (For security reasons, we do not accept phone number updates by plain text email.)
Thank you for cooperation, and for allowing us to serve you!
